With As-Is items, what is eBay's policy on what is refunded?

I returned an As-Is item, and the seller did not refund the shipping I paid.

I do nt thnk the MBG has anything to do with as is items

I am a top rated seller and have 30 day free returns and get 2 a month

it seems I am never required to refund original shippig now.....it is never chcked off

I am in MP and always refund shipping.I thought I was supposed to be doing it.

every single refund I process now I have to manully check a radio button for a full refund

I am unsure just how ebay  processes  original shipping now with a return

What was the return policy stated in the listing? And how did you request the return (i.e. did you open a "not as described" case)?

Ebay refuses to enforce their policy that items that are as described do not qualify for the MBG so basically any buyer can open a return for "not as described" even when it is as described.

Next to the item in my purchase history there was a button to request the return.

I clicked it. Ebay gave me a link to print the return shipping label.

Pretty sure the policy stated no returns.
