ebay only interested in solving your problem
I know that you are a very large company, but that is why you are not always right, that money is insignificant, but I am so upset that I prefer to lose money by hiring a lawyer
because it is not possible that after so much money
that you earn in sales you disqualify the seller
just to be on good terms with the thieving buyers
who scam the sellers with that return policy
I am seeking advice and looking for legal help
this has to be stopped now

Ebay isn't here, this a user's forum.

Without much info to go on, I'm guessing you put your foot down and fought a return? You can say No Returns but that doesn't mean you might not have to refund, or just let ebay do it, which is worse. Please come back and let us know what the lawyers say. No one ever does.

Before you invest in that legal help, you might want to re-read what you signed when you applied to sell here. I think you forfeited your right to engage in litigation.

However, if you'd like to return here and offer details of your problem, we might be able to offer advice or at  least a sympathetic ear.
