This a glitch coming up on half a year, which eBay seems reluctant to fix because ignoring it profits eBay.
To get your refund @cjftjdshdwkd2 leave a private message with your name an so on for eBay on Facebook here, or open a one-time Facebook account. Give eBay back their own return tracking number, then ask eBay to escalate the return.
