This thread turned into a confused mess fast. There were once three threads started by the OP. 

OP received answers in 2 of those threads and now in this 3rd one, but other 2 apparently deleted.

Ok... I'm going to try one more time on  this thread and hope it sticks.

I do not have access to any of your account information, so without more details I'm not likely to be much help.

I'm assuming you bought a fuse box, and it did not arrive. From your other threads I read you only received 8 out of 16 dollars, correct?

Did you open an Item Not Received ( INR) case? If you did, and received a refund, it should have been the entire 16 dollar amount, not 8. So there was some type of error. 

Can you return to this thread and give me more details?

It might be a better idea @soh.maryl for you to quit writing your answer before fact-checking that those different threads were gone already, the day before.
