Incorrect trader

Hello. Yesterday I bought a product, I had to contact the seller to find out about picking up the product, but unfortunately, since yesterday, after I paid for the product, I have not been able to contact the seller, he does not respond to my messages. I'm asking for help. Thanks.

So you were not aware that you did not need to pay until you went to the seller's location and made your pickup?

Does the seller have local pick up as an option? Is that the option that you chose?

If so, I'm sure that the seller will contact you. They may not answer messages on the weekend though.

Buyers have the option of paying before or when they pickup. I would guess that the majority of buyers do pay right away so I'm not sure why you are asking.

Being that the flu and other covid related issues are in season, illness or another unforeseen circumstance may have happened.

It's the weekend.  Give them another day to respond.  They might be ill or away.  Now, did you pay a shipping charge?  Was the item pricey? If yes to both of those, the seller wants to mail you the item and NOT meet in person.
