I need to return an item I purchased. I follow the route and not matter what radio button I check, the 'next' button remains greyed out. I've reloaded the page, restarted the browser, cleared cookies, tried a different browser, nothing seems to fix this.
I contacted the seller and they are amenable to a return, but apparently it has to go through ebay's system. Is there some kind of waiting period before you can initiate a return? I've seen comments while researching about needing pictures; I can't even get that far.
