What to do with a missing package

Hey hello, so i ordered two small packages and today at 10:29 it said they arrived at my front porch, but when i got to get them they were not found anywhere. So what do i do now? USPS tracking system says that they were already delivered, and i cant find any way to open chat or report this issue,  thank you for anyone responding to this.

Check with the shipping company to see what address was on the package, it could be a scam where the seller sends a small worthless item to someone in your zip code. OR, ask your neighbors if they got a package that was yours.

I think my package might be in another location

What can i do if it got delivered at the wrong location?

Contact the post office to see if they can find the package. See if they will tell you where it was delivered. See if you can get something in writing about the delivery not being made to your address. Then with that, DO NOT just file an Item Not Received claim. You will lose. You need to contact eBay by phone to get this resolved if the post office won't resolve it for you.

checking tracking "online" will not show the exact address.

Your Post Office will have the GPS coordinates of where it was delivered.

Walk into your PO and have them check the exact gps 'ping' where the packages were delivered... it takes about one minute. It may be as easy as knocking on a neighbor's door. Good luck to you.
