Buyer gave bogus (in my opinion) reason for return. However, I accepted returning items, and she has until March 7 to do so. Based on her message to ebay, I have a feeling she will not return them. What can I do then?
What are my options? Thank you.

Did you send a prepaid return label?
If the buyer does not return the item, then I would guess you'll not be refunding, right?

All you have to do, and all you CAN do is to follow the policy on here. If buyer misses the estimated delivery date, then eBay usually grants them a little more time. You need to allow the case to follow its course for a bit. After several days you can contact eBay and ask them to close the case. Just be patient and keep in mind this may get drawn out a bit but in the end you will either get your item back to resell, or you won't have to refund the buyer after all. Best of luck to you....

Thanks for your message. Right, no return, no refund.

Thanks for your message. So I'll just wait and see what happens. Won't break the bank, whatever happens.
