What can I do when eBay does not want to return my money and did not send me the product?

eBay has a Money Back Guarantee to all buyers. It's iron-clad. eBay doesn't send products... your seller does. More info...?

Ebay did nothing (well that could be a new can of worms). The SELLER is the one you have an issue with.
