hm having a hard time understanding why such a huge company EBAY has no problem ripping people off and taking their money! I have been with you guys for years and I have spent thousands and thousands with you guys some most items I get but some I don't. In waiting for the items to show up I usually give it a month or 2 helping you guys out by giving the extra time for your delivery service that hasn't delivered the item or items on the promised date. So when I try to get a refund Ebay then tells me you cant get a refund its been pass 30 days!! or I may look through my purchase history and realize that I didn't receive items that I ordered and that realization is usually after that 30 day **bleep**!! you guys owe me a lot of money because there has been so many things I didn't receive nor did I get my money back. So here it is I send you my money 1. Never get the product I ordered 2. Never get my money back either!!! And you guys think that is right???? 'So you guys just take people's money and say so the **bleep** what ?? I wish I could talk to the CEO and let him know how his company treats loyal longtime customer's

Re: Unfair

Seeing the feedback you have left your sellers, it seems you have many issues. I have between two buying accounts close to 5000 feedback and have spent thousands, and ONLY twice have I ever had to file an item not received. And both accounts are from 1999 and this one, 2000. You have very little feedback, but way too many issues.

Is it possible Ebay no longer has the MBG for you? If you still have it, you might eventually lose it. Ebay has a system of place for buyers that file too many claims against items not received.

"Us guys" aren't eBay. This isn't corporate...  we are volunteers helping those using eBay having interface issues. Sorry you're having problems, but...

Re: Unfair

Ebay is NOT responsible for your non-delivered items.   Why do you wait more than 30 days for an item to arrive?  That is YOUR fault if you failed to open up a case within the required time.   You must have another ID because for a buyer that spends thousand of dollars , this account is not showing it.  What I do see from the 3 feedbacks that you left is that many, many sellers are going to be blocking you from bidding on their items.  How can you give a negative to a seller and claim that item never arrived and seller writes that you asked for a cancellation and they gave it you?

Re: Unfair

Hi @coolie-2043

Nobody from eBay is here.  We’re fellow members who have to abide by the same eBay rules as you do.

If you ignore eBay deadlines for filing disputes … then you have to turn to PayPal or your credit card company for refunds, both of which allow longer time limits to file.  File with one of them now.  eBay can no longer help you … but they still can.  Good luck!

Re: Unfair

I was wondering the same thing! Current ID is just 4 years old and feedback for purchases isn't for "thousands and thousands!"

Re: Unfair

First we are not eBay employee’s we are volunteer buyers and sellers who come in this forum the help other sellers and buyers with issues.

Your issue it seems you don’t know how to utilize eBays Money Back Guarantee for items not received you wait until the day after the day of delivery to open a case to get your money back.

Waiting 1-2 months only exhausts your chances for eBay to help you. That is not eBays fault and not the sellers fault either. It’s your own doing!

You have 180 days to file a chargeback with PayPal if that’s how you paid or your credit card company. If you failed to do that you have no further recourse.

Oh it isn’t eBay who sold to you, eBay only sells space for sellers to sell their items, it was individual sellers that sold to you who have your money.

I suggest that in the future you pay close attention to estimated delivery dates so you won’t find yourself in this position. And not wait 1-2 months for delivery.
