Hello, I'm trying to return an item and I want to use my own shipping label that I purchased, however it doesn’t seem to be giving me that option (see attached).

Kneejerk reaction: can you use one of the methods shown and void/get a refund of the label you've already bought?
Afterthought: Only recommending because I'd want to keep it within the case, just to be safe.

I suppose that could work, but my situation is actually a little too complicated for that solution. I don't understand why eBay says "You can purchase a label directly from a carrier of your choice and upload it to the return" (https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/return-shipping?id=4066#section4) when I don't see the option in the screenshot.
The long story is this: I purchased this car part from a dealer, but PayPal decided to use my PayPal balance in addition to my credit card. I just wanted to use my card so I immediately canceled the order and promptly bought another one using just my credit card, the way I want it. Three days roll by and eBay automatically rejects the cancellation. I private messaged the seller to ask what happened and didn't get a response. So now I have twice as many car parts coming as I wanted, and the seller is not communicating.
I finally just made a phone call to the dealer and reached their eBay person. She apologized and said they were understaffed and missed the messages. She sent me a shipping label to return the extra part.
I got the items and I proceeded to initiate the return on the extra item, and I get to the point in the screenshot above, and I don't see where I could put in my own label. I selected one of the USPS options and clicked continue, figuring that I would be able to fill it in later, but it quickly became apparent that I wouldn't have that option as it would just deduct the shipping cost from my return.
Then I saw that I would be able to cancel the return, and it said that I wouldn't be able to re-open the return if I cancelled. I thought, "No problem, I don't want to re-open it. I can just initiate a whole new return for this item." Come to find out that's not the case and once you cancel the return, you can never ever return that exact item in any way.
So I try to do some researching today to see what I did wrong and I initiated a return on the second item that I ordered. This item is identical to the first one so the refund would be the same amount, and the whole transaction would effectively be fungible.
Now I'm stuck at the screen in the screenshot.
The cruel irony is I could have sourced this from the dealer in my own town for only $8.00 more.
