Ebay gave me return label which i printed and item is already arrived back at the sellers location.
How ever, i got an email from eBay saying that i need to "Provide tracking details by Jul 9"
OR WE GOING TO CLOSE THE CASE
When i go to the page they give me, all i see is "Print Label" or "Add Tracking number"
Adding tracking number that was on the return label results in an error, it does not let me add that same tracking number because it is used by the label they generated for me so i am stuck.
Item is delivered and i am still unable to do anything.
What i did today was, i added fake USPS number and it accepted it.
The funny thing is, it says "delivered" which is true anyway.
No refund as of yet and i am paranoid of what will happen in 1 day. Are they going to close the case or what ?
What is the problem with the system not understanding that i printed and used the label that was provided ?
Why is it telling me i need to provide tracking number when item is ALREADY delivered back ?
