That's a reply from customer service to an inquiry you sent. That's not the message that will have a link to print the return label. Check your inbox for earlier messages about the return @jackinthebox94.

This is what I thought. I kept getting told to "Click the plus sign" in the subject but there was no such thing.
Eventually I had to call and have customer support email me the label as a attachment.
