Hi all,
I've run into a brick with something i'm trying to return. On the 19th of September I purchased a motherboard from a seller based in America. It arrived at my door step on October the 4th (I'm in New Zealand). I purchased the rest of the parts I needed for my PC build (but ended up getting a professional to build it for me). On the 12th of November he began building it but quickly ran into problems that he diagnosed as a faulty motherboard.
So on the 21st of November I contacted the seller explaining the problem and asked to return the board for a refund. The seller still hasn't replied to this message. On the 25th I sent eBay an email explaining the situation and asked them to assist with this issue but my email wasn't replied too.
Can someone offer some advice with this issue please?
Steve

Sorry, if you received it on Oct. 4th, it's to late for any help from Ebay.
If you paid with a credit card, contact them and see if they can help.

Ebay will not reply to any messages. You are given 30 days return and that's it. Your return period has expired so the motherboard is yours. You started building too late.

Too late. You've got 30 days. 30 days is past.
