Trying to get a refund on an item that hasn't arrived on time

I ordered an item on the 2nd and the shipping label was printed on the 7th. It's a day past the scheduled day of delivery(it was supposed to be delivered by Saturday June 11th) and yet the item hasn't even been sent into transit. Whenever I try to put in that I didn't recieve the item in ebay, it keeps saying that it's still on the way. What do I do?

Have you tried contacting the seller?

Most buyers wait a few days before filing a claim because the delivery date is an estimate not a guaranteed date.

As of this moment, it's just one day overdue.  

Why not give it a day or two more?

Do you realize that you have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay, so, really, you can safely wait a few more days?

And why not read the Money Back Guarantee while waiting?

You should be able to enter the INR today.  You have to wait until the day after the estimated delivery date to file.
