I returned an item I purchased that was listed as "like new", but it was not. Ebay guarantee sent me the label. I shipped it immediately, and the seller received it back 5 days ago. They have not refunded me. The notice on ebay says "The seller is inspecting your item and should refund you soon." The refund date has come and gone. I noticed the seller has already relisted the item I returned and changed up the description a little. Ebay's automated system is not allowing me any place to click to contact them to step in.
