Strange returns issue

Firstly hello to all... 

Ebay buyer 2005 based buyer purchases item from me, Not suitable, old vhs player has Scart connection, his TV has hdmi, not willing to buy a conversion kit, 

Wants to return,. hey what can I do I'm only a seller' Submits a Royal Mail reciept to my messenger in my address, I, said no you have to raise the return through ebay process, So the buyer has raised the return after he posted then..closes the return,

So me being me messages the buyer he said I don't know how it works what when you have been on ebay for twenty years... No demands refund

Help please

If the buyer closed the return, not much to do but wait to see what they decide to do.

Go to a thrift store and buy them one, then send it.  Or buy one online and have it sent to them. 

They are frustrated trying to match up the different technologies. 

Help them through it, and you may end up with a repeat customer in the future. 😁

Or get try to get the vhs player returned and refund the monie$. 

Whatever costs you the least amount of time and money.
