Since Dec trying to get a $17.02 refund on an item never recieved. It was reported right away , and

I reported everthing that was needed .I gave Order ,number ID,number Tracking number ,Date and so on.The money was drawn out the same day as my order they say can't be found. I finally got threw on the phone told someone would speak to me in a few minutes,well I wouldn't hang up it was an hour told the same thing and got passed to someone who saidwait 3 more days and if nothing I'd be paid that was Jan 28.Then I got a notice it's been to long that case closed ....Your so called customer service phones are all closed the ones you state .

 WE HAVE MONEY BACK QUARANTEE  used to be true but not any more I wont give up you can scam all you wont and let these sellers get there money and you but the customers it doesn't matter ! Well go back to the way you were I ordered items and trusted to order i'm not alone read some of the reviews.

Will see if this goes threw  pay me I have not waited have been trying and failing your robot and no help

If you filed an INR and didn't hear anything, you could have returned to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in for a refund.

Sounds like you let the case expire and it closed.

Contact your payment source and see if they can help.

You let this expire good play on words, I have tried been told no order found.I'd say money was taken out fast enough.order number  id number  tracking number  .Left messages over 15 or more over and over since Dec, No phone no responce except to say I didn't respond. You used to be a very true quarenteed safe order service.I didn't even recieve this order .I was told after 3 days I would get my money back after everthing was looked into.Just keep adding days on but I wont stop till I get PAID.

The reason there was no order found is because after 90 days sold and or ended listings are purged from the servers.
You let the case expire is not a play on words. There are time limits attached to Money Back Guarantee refunds and returns. Buyers have 30 days from date if delivery or estimated date of delivery depending on what case is opened. 

Sellers have a time limit to when they are to respond to cases. 
When there is no response by the seller with any case ( item not received or returns) after 4 days the buyer can go back to the case to click on " ask eBay to step in" when the case is opened the buyer, is shown the date for asking eBay to step in. It is posted at the top of the case. Cases remain open for a couple of weeks then it closes automatically due to inactivity. 
Inactivity can be seller not uploading tracking or issue a refund or buyer not shipping a return in the allotted timeframe. Along with buyer or seller no asking eBay to step in.  
eBay can no longer help you.
Your only recourse now to get your money back is to go through the payment source used to pay for the item that didn't arrive. 
You need to act quickly because you may have 180 through PayPal or your credit card which ever way you paid. 
If you are messaging the seller..you might want to stop that, because I am sure by now you are blocked and none of your messages are going to the seller.

Nobody here works for eBay or has anything to do with e’s policies.  We are fellow sellers and buyers who volunteer helping other members who are experiencing problems with a transaction.

 

Since it’s much too late to get refunded by eBay at this point … I recommend you contact your credit card company to request a chargeback (if you paid for your purchase with a credit card, of course).

 I didn't even order it till Dec 30. stopped trying after the end of Jan because I got a notice that my time expired,

I have if you read my past complaints tried all months since my order texting trying to call.Getting the robot that wouldn't let me get to talk to a human voice. Then getting put on hold for over an hour only to be disconned. I tried different days and times to get threw .my messages weren't getting any where .All your advertised messages on orders saying money back guarantee,you should first have phone call to you guarantee thats impossible. customer service 866 961 9253  good luck..Well I finally got threw the guy said they had no order placed just an old one I had.I said here is the order.tracking.and Id number and the sells name (Evenice) I believe maybe screws other people to. the money was taken out of my account the same day. He said call back in 3 days.I told him I don't wont to go threw this he said you wont well .Well that wasn't true so late Jan. I just couldn't deal with a company I used to order from and trusted to go threw all this .

I tried every possible way anf followed everything asked for .every question about if you haven't recieved your item or to return. I followed you wouldn't have even known about me if you haven't read all my past tries. I never got redirected to what your so calling followthe sellers and buyers I gave the seller name .order number ;tracing number; id number; and ordered Dec.30 and to recieve by Jan. 8-15 waited.Started my complaint the whole month with no help or referal.

This letter you now send proves my case the Dec date you say nothing was done well yes on your part. I'm glad this wasn't alot of money I was taken for.and my bank  to tell them this was a scam then if they could even help it wouldn't be worth having to close my account ,and all that would follow  for a scam your blameing on me, I ordered from E- BAY TRUSTING THERE RETURN POLICY . In the past i'll close saying they were a great company now you can't trust any amount to order out there future customers I hope you can read this !

You should not have called customer service. You should have filed an item not received claim when the estimated delivery date had passed and if the seller did not refund within 14 days, asked Ebay to step in - online.

 

Contacting customer service gets you a person who is improvising his/her response because there is nothing they can do, and they do not know the procedures a buyer should know.

 

Apparently, you did nothing you had to do.

No one from eBay will see this message. AS stated above, the people responding here are other buyers and sellers, not eBay employees. eBay didn't sell you anything, they are just the platform independent seller use, just like an ad in the newspaper. 

 

Even if you requested a call back from eBay CS and talked to them, it is too far past the 30 days to get a refund through eBay and past 90 days that the listing could be seen for them to do anything.

 

You do not state in any of your posts what actual return case you opened. 

 

Did you open an actual return using the Money Back?

 

Reading the first post, does not really sound like you did, like maybe you messaged the seller because most of the information you said you provide would have been already in a return request.

You had 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case with eBay.

There is usually no reason or need to actually speak with anyone.  

You go to your Purchase History and find the item in question.  There will be a drop down menu available.  You click on "Did Not Receive" which opens an INR case.  You then wait 3 days to hear from your seller.  No reply or an unsatisfactory one? Then you return to that case and ask eBay to step in.  You will be refunded in total from the seller's funds .

ALL eBay buyers need to get acquainted with the Money Back Guarantee, preferably before beginning to buy here.  It offers very good protection if/when a transaction goes wrong.

BTW, when you post  here, you aren't addressing eBay or its employees.  We are not in any way responsible for what happened to you.

I will tell you again what I told you 7  weeks ago:  Contact your credit card company and request a refund from them.

 

eBay has deadlines that we all must follow.  The deadline has passed for your getting help from eBay … and will not magically return.  You have to get your refund from somewhere else.

I have written evenon this message I ordered Dec 30 2024. And tried every way as they stated customer service to call for returns or problems,only to get a root that wont let you get to talk to a human,called kept texting as you have read or should have to even get in touch with me.Never being told to contact you.To try an avoid all the up sets I went threw and yiu told melast message alittle while last month to call my banl. Customers I read have had same problems .Thanks for proven letting scams go threw not me you.

Off chance, did you order this as a guest, not logged in?

If you did, you would have received an email about the order. Go back and look at your emails from around the order date. This could explain why the order could not be found back in December. It would not have shown up under your username when logged in and would be why they could not find it, would not have shown under purchase on this account.
