Shoe size, no return policy, refund?

I got shoes that are clearly too large for me. Is it possible to get a refund when the seller lists no return policy? The shoe says size 6, the seller listed it as size 6, but it is clearly too large. I believe it may be a UK size 6, but the seller listed US size 6.

is there any way I can get a refund for these $140 Prada shoes? $140 is a lot of money to just throw away. Please help!

There is no such thing as a no return policy regarding item not as described claims. You should be positive that the description is wrong though.

Was the seller in the UK?

"If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it even if the seller's returns policy says they don't accept returns."

Please visit the listing for clarification.

You state seller listed as size 6. You do not specify UK 6 or US 6.

You then state seller listed US 6.

Item itself will show actual size and on Prada shoes I would expect this to be a UK or EU size and not US size.

Crucial thing is what was stated in the listing against what you received.

If item matches listing then rather than looking at ways to return the item you can always list/ sell the item on eBay as I believe if it sold once it will sell again.

Manufacturing varies, even within the exact same shoe.

I wear a 6, there are times when I try on shoes and they don't fit, but the same brand, same size in another box will be perfect.

UK sizing is surprisingly close to US sizing.

What size is listed on the shoe and the box?  Prada sizes are weird; they're not correct to standard conversions.  I just checked their website and they tell me to order a size smaller than I normally would.  ( I wear an 11 street shoe so I have to know how to check sizes.)  They should be standardized but apparently not.   It's possible the seller used standard conversion charts, in which case you ordered a 7 by mistake.  Not your fault but not theirs either; it's Prada's fault.
