I sent the wrong item to a customer. I have received the items back from her and her correct items have been sent out. Ebays only option is to refund the customer. How do I let them know I have corrected this problem with the customers OK and enter the tracking number of the package I sent? I cannot get a help line to accept this question.

I'd ask the customer to get their packages, inspect them, and if they are happy with them cancel the return?
I don't like exchanges on eBay.

If you ask eBay @pinkeeprs-d for help -- a refund will be issued, despite your attempts to explain that the exchange was successful, and no refund is needed.
It's best to allow the return request @pinkeeprs-d to time out, or for your buyer @pinkeeprs-d to close it themselves.
