Sending a refund

Hi, the buyer wants a refund but did not open a return case. Can I still refund? Thanks

Yes system should allow you to issue a refund through paid& dispatched order

Select the order and click on arrow on the drop down menu select send refund and on next page Select a reason for refund drop down menu select buyer return and issue enter amount of refund and process.

Make them open a return they have no obligation to give you your stuff back if you just refund them.

Worst case is he leaves you a neg and never returns the item
