I have severe depression and an incurable anxiety disorder. I currently use medication, I have psychiatric reports, which can be documented, if necessary. And this whole story has been making me very sick.

Last year report seller *** for omitting actual product tracking code - order number is 18-08372-86362 - Adidas Sneakers Womens 8.5 OG W High Top Lace Up BB5184 Last year, the seller's unethical maneuver meant that the product was not identified by the buyer - as he did not send the true tracking code - and the product was returned to the origin - please check the content of the emails exchanged at attachment. Ebay erroneously decided in favor of the seller - case 194173997799 - claiming that there was a record of the producer's arrival and the buyer's non-manifestation of tax, due to the customs fees generated. But how would it be possible for the buyer without the correct tracking code. Ebay made an error regarding deadlines despite the fact that I – the buyer – contacted Ebay within the deadline and reported the situation in detail. As per Ebay's recommendation, I contacted *** several times to negotiate – please refer to messages exchanged by me – a highly rated buyer as a member of the Ebay community – and the seller, who refused to refund the amount and justifying that the product was not was returned to the origin: the US address of the seller. Now a new fact arises – according to what guides legal science – after much research I identified the same producer is being offered by **** – Ebay seller, according to the attached print and link https://www.ebay.com/p/26050300874#ProductDetails I am requesting the reopening of the case due to the new fact, which justifies the reopening of the case. It is the purest demonstration that the seller, once the truth has surfaced, is missing the truth and deceiving. Uses the Ebay platform to commit crimes and illegal activities and if Ebay does nothing with proof that the seller has the consent of the company and it agrees with crimes and unethical activity. I have already described the fact to the Ebay community and sent a letter to the Adidas Presidency. I demand the return of the producer or the value. Mr... Alex appropriated the dishonestly paid amount. He omits delivery data believing that the shoes will be returned to him. This is his method. He appropriates the amount deposited and does not deliver. It is disguised as a merchant and is supported by EBAY. It is unreliable. It's manipulative. It's dishonest. It's sinic I am waiting for the analysis of the case by the Ebay ethics body Mr. Souza

Even if justice isn't done - I'm left without shoes and money - help me banish this rogue or cancel it.

If you are talking 'last year' meaning almost over 4 months ago; there is nothing that can be done except you contact your credit card company (if you used one) or paypal (if you used them) and have them issue a chargeback which you may or may not win. 

Ebay is only good for 30 days; after that, all bets are off.

I am sorry that you are not feeling well.  But you waited too long to open a case.  The ONLY thing that you can do is contact your credit card company and do a "chargeback." You only have 180 days of buyer protection.  You will need to contact the credit card company that you used to make the payment.  If you used PAYPAL, perhaps the information is there .  (the date of the transaction, the seller name.) 

Also , I see that you are in Brazil, a country with a horrible postal system and customs systems.  They are very crooked there. It's possible that they stole your items.   Brazil was the 3rd or 4th country that I blocked from my seller accounts years ago.  Sorry.
