I got a message saying the following:
Hi X, Your return for [ITEM] has been delivered to the seller's address. The seller should issue you a refund by May 18, 2022. If you don't receive your refund by this date then you can ask us to step in and help.
It is now May 18th. But when I go through purchase history and click return details, I see no option to ask Ebay to step in. So how do I go about initiating that process?

The option to have Ebay step should be there tomorrow.
If the seller has until the 18th, they have all day today to refund.

@kensgiftshop Are you sure that by May 18th means "until the end of May 18th" versus "until the start of May 18th"?

With Ebay, I'm never really to sure about anything.
If the 18th is the date they gave, they have all day to issue it.
The seller has two days to issue the refund from the day they receive the return.
