Seller sent wrong item,i open return request and they write mi return address.this is it??

Seller sent me wrong item (tv motherboard) i open return request and thay give me return address through ebay return request.this is it? If i give my money for shipping how will seller give mi money for shipping cost? He will refund me for amount that i pay him,not for my shipping cost.please help

DO NOT return the item without being provided with a prepaid shipping label!  You will have no leverage in getting your return postage refunded.

If you opened a ‘return request’ … then ask eBay to step in after 3 business days.   eBay will provide either the free shipping label OR a full refund.
