Hello eBay community
I need some help, I have returned an item back to the seller and the seller has not even issued a return.
have tried contacting eBay via the resolution centre but eBay have made it quite impossible not to be contacted.
under ways to contact I am presented with a phone number that does not even work starting with “1890 944222”
My return is now closed and I want to know how to reopen my return.
My item has been delivered and I have the receipt etc.. to support this but there is no eBay return and I paid via PayPal
I need some help and thanks

Very confusing. What would the seller be returning? Please come back and clarify?

When you opened the 'return' you opened a 'case'. After 2 days of the item being delivered, per tracking, back to the seller, if seller does not refund you- you click the 'escalate to ebay' or 'have ebay step in' on the 3rd day.
I'm guessing you never inputted the tracking number, used the label that was provided etc. and therefore, according the 'return case'... you never returned the item. So, it was auto closed.
There is no 're-opening' of the case or opening a 'new' return case through ebay.

Thanks for your reply then how can eBay get me a refund as I have the tracking number and receipt.

it was returning an item back to the seller and the seller issuing a refund via PayPal which they did not.
I am trying to contact eBay but can’t even through there resolution centre, I have only one channel of contact which is a phone number and it does not even work. Digits are missing
