So my seller created a shipping label for all 3 items I ordered from them around 5 days ago and no progress has been made at all so I tried to contact them and they wouldn’t respond at all and this seems like a common theme from feedback on their page. I tried to do a refund by pressing “Order Created by Mistake” and then I cancelled it since it said I would have to send it back even though I haven’t received it yet obviously and the seller hasn’t responded about anything related to that while eBay support does not help with anything like getting my money back or my items. What I’m pretty much looking for is if the one item out of the three that I requested a refund for could still be refunded if I don’t receive my items in time along with the other ones or not because I created a return request and cancelled it for that one item. I also want to see if there’s any way I can get a refund any sooner and if I can get it for all like I said. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

'around 5 days ago'...so...the reason could be 'no progress' is there are holidays such as Christmas and New Years and Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days...December 30th is usually a half day of business as well as December 24th. So it's been only 1 business day so far and maybe nothing until January 2nd...which would make it business day 2.

Nothing to do until after the estimated delivery date.
A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Is there any way I could still get a refund on the item I created a request for a refund then cancelled when the time comes? In the 3 day period would they be able to refund me for that one item along with the other 2 or just the 2, or, if it went to day 4 and I asked eBay to step in do you know if it’s possible to get a refund in the same circumstance? Thank you!

You could get a refund on what you'll be returning "when the time comes". I think that answers all of your questions. 😐

I got my iPhone 14 pro case but does not function as touch screen on some parts of the screen. You almost have to hit hard the screen to somehow trigger a reaction.
I need an other one that fulfills at least the minimal criteria of a case.
The seller is not responding at all.
I don't find where I can ask Ebay to provide help.
can anyone help me?
Thank you in advance. 👍

You have to open a return to receive a refund, there are no exchanges.
To request a return go to your purchase history click the blue More actions drop down menu next to the order. Click return this item select the reason for return. You may have to supply a photo in order to proceed.

If it was sold as a working case on the listing - Follow the eBay directions on how to return an item that is “not as described” - here - https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
