I contacted he seller and he said he don’t take refunds. I’d appreciate help it’s what the steps are to contact eBay?
Thank everyone in advance 🙂

Open a case for Item Not as Described. You will find that option if you go to the item in your Purchase History. The seller will have to accept the return.

A sellers no returns policy is meaningless when you have an item that is not as described.
No returns doesn't mean no refunds.
This is how it works…
You go to your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will either say RETURN THIS ITEM or MORE ACTIONS.
Next click doesn’t match pictures or description.
You may be required to upload a picture, after that you can click submit, complete return.
Your seller has 2 days to issue a return label or refund, if by day 3 you don’t receive a return label or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.
Good luck.

The verbiage you used is very telling. So you ordered the size you thought your son needed and that was the size marked in the shoes, but they didn’t fit. Well Jordan’s can run tts or as much as one size small. Typically they run tts-half a size small.
Secondly, you ordered mids, which look almost like high tops to the untrained eye, but your son WANTED high-tops. In other words, the seller sent you what you purchased but your son wanted something else so you want to blame them.
The sneakers went through authentication so this tells me that they were what you ordered. They just don’t fit well and they aren’t the shaft length your son wants.

A number of items..."authenticated guarantee" are final sales.
I don't know if these fall under that. Need to look at item if it saids that. Thus, the seller doesn't have to do returns.
If item is not of this type...then you can return them even if seller states he takes no returns.
Just open a claim and stop the emails with the seller.

I can't see the listing you bought, but the 83.3% (ouch!) seller has the same pair listed now and it does not have the Authentic seal on the current listing.
I do see 'Mid' in the title, so 'Mid' is what you should expect to receive. << You don't have a claim there... your bad.
Now... if they sent a size other than shown in the listing, I think you do have a Not as Described claim. If so...
Find the item in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button, citing 'Doesn't match description/photos' as the reason for your claim. Confirm and Submit.
