I received a Murano tree from a seller that does not accept returns. The tree was broken in transit as the box was mishandled by the shipper, which was Federal Express. I can not file a claim online with Federal Express as I can not upload their required documentation. I have had computer issues that can not be fixed unless I purchase new equipment, which is not an option at this time. I have e-mailed the seller with no response back and I have tries to e-mail the seller again through the "Item Damaged" in transit but I can not get past the "attach a photo" in Ebay's return request, since seller does not accept returns. Please advise as to how to proceed and get reimbursed through the Ebay money back guarantee.

You will need to get that photo uploaded one way or another and make sure to select "item arrived damaged" as the return reason.
That is more or less the bottom line.
Cut and paste, drag and drop or save a photo to a file and upload to the return case. Most any random photo will do.

Do you have a camera? Perhaps take a photo, email it to yourself, go to a local library, log on to one of their computers, and upload the photo to eBay that way.
You will be sharing your passwords on a public computer.

"Seller does not accept returns" doesn't apply if/when a buyer receives an item that's not as described and opens an NAD case.

The MBG overrules the sellers No Return policy.
What problem are you having attaching a photo?

I believe that my Windows program was updated a year ago and my system is too old to work with the Windows 11 program. At this time, I am unable to upload and attach documents, photos, etc. At this time, I am not in a position to have the funds to purchase new equipment. It seems that you can not get any help unless you go thru the system. Therefore, I do not know how to even communicate this issue thru the Money Back Guarantee.
Please advise. Thank you

I would advise to get someone locally to help you accomplish the upload for the photo and filing the return.
