Scams

I had a pair of new never worn shoes. I had them returned.  The box wasn't brand new. I never mentioned the box. I called an ebay# and someone answered and it was a scam. Almost cleaned me out. I tried reporting it. I'm not good with using ebay as I am.new to it. I can't even get tbrough.to tell them I was almost robbed nor can I find out why they even returned the shoes. New shoes doesn't mean new box. These were unworn few years old.

Your post is very confusing. Are you the seller? Was a case opened? If so why? Were the shoes returned to you? Were they the same shoes? What sort of scam did the customer service rep think it was? How were you almost robbed?

Google search shows fake eBay numbers. When you call, they scam you for money.
