Saying shoes are not authentic

I have a problem where they said the shoes were not authentic. My so. Purchased them on eBay on January 2020. So when he purchased them. He bought counterfeit shoes? I have it on my purchase history. How do I contact them with this issue and how to fix it

Confusing post:

So some one bought shoes on eBay: Question were they at that time authenticated??

Then resold them lately??

If not originally authenticated, then they may be fake as the NOW sale and authentication says...

Hey there @ayou2700 so sorry to hear this, if you bought the item in 2020 there's nothing we can do now unfortunately. Normally you can open a case within 30 days if there are any issues but with it being over two years old there's nothing we can do.
