Returns label

How do i send a returns label? I tried buying one offline Parcel2go but it requires the buyers email address and phone number. The problem is he wont give it me.

Any other way of purchasing a return label?

Just email it to yourself @donemeover then upload that PDF or a JPG file into your Return details page.

Then if the buyer doesn't ever post the label within 15 labor days, their return request will automatically time out and close without a refund.

Don't you have the buyer's address on the original Order?

Did the buyer open a Return request? You can issue one through it. Good luck.
