Anything is returnable here, even consumables.
Add a percentage into your item price, then set that percentage aside when you make a sale. Don't touch it unless you need it to cover any losses you may have. It's called self-insurance, or cookie jar insurance. I've been doing it since I started selling here in 2003. Any financial loss I may have is covered by buyers, just like it is in the offline business world.
