I want to return an item I bought from a seller in Hungary will be sending it by UPS or FEDEX. To do so, an email address and telephone number of the seller is needed. I've emailed the seller asking for this information and have received no response. What do I do? The return has to be done within 5 days. I believe the seller is trying to avoid the return and wants to keep the money.
