You’re in a community forum of eBay buyers and sellers, eBay isn’t here.
You were responding to a message that doesn’t accept incoming messages.
You can always take the QR code with you to the post office they can scan it from your device and print the return label. Or try another browser in your computer.

When printing using a link from an email, make sure you are already signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.

If you can't get it from the email, go to the site and try downloading it there.
