Cancel my ordered before it was shipped. Which seller stated march 1st through the 3rd. I injured my shoulder so I canceled the order. Afterwards I received and email a day or 2 later was shipped.

Buyers are only able to request a cancellation.  eBay leaves it up to the seller whether to cancel or to ship … since only the seller knows if an item has actually been shipped.

Why would injuring your shoulder necessitate cancelling an order?

Buyers can't cancel orders, they can only ask the seller if they'll cancel, but they are not required to.

If the seller accepts returns, file for a return when you receive it.
