I returned an item that did not work.

I returned the item 3 days after purchasing it.

I purchased SquareTrade for the item.

How do I get a refund from SquareTrade.

Square trade usually puts their 800 number right in the feedback they leave you. They should also have sent ebay message or email about warranty.

Also there's the contact seller button next to warranty in purchase history.
