I used the eBay shipping label to return the item. It was received on May 20 according to the tracking. Since I was unable to enter the tracking eBay closed the return. I was able to call twice and report the issue and was assured that they had the tracking return entered (which the did not). I also spoke via chat and again was assured that I would receive help which I did not.
This is a large dollar item and now I can’t find a way to contact eBay and just get lost in their circular system that takes me back to the help page and does not provide me a contact to speak with anybody. Please help is there anyway to speak with a human to get assistance on this??

Go to the bottom of the returns help page and click Contact Us. Then select See More in the pop-up. There is a request call back option there.
While you're there read up on how to Appeal their decision. You should be able to upload the tracking number in the appeal process.

eBay is not going to cover your large-dollar refund, and you'll get even more runaround if you appeal their error.
If you paid with PayPal, open a dispute here. Next, click Escalate to PayPal at the bottom. Don't respond whatsoever if your seller contacts you now; they know they have your item and your money both. Then when you're instructed to return the item, upload your return tracking number already delivered back to the seller on May 20, to get your refund.
Otherwise or instead @mstarllc give your tracking number to your card issuer, and file a "Credit not processed" chargeback, to get your refund.
Why Would a Customer File a Chargeback With Reason Code “Credit Not Processed?”
“Credit Not Processed” chargebacks are filed by customers who have canceled their purchase or returned their purchase but did not receive a credit/refund from the merchant.
