Returnd

I made an offer to a seller whose listing states a 30 day return policy. She made a counter offer, but said she could not accept a return if the shoes don't fit. Is she obligated to accept my return if necessary?

Re: Returnd

If the seller lists with a 30 day return policy they will have to accept the return.  However you will need to pay the return shipping.

Re: Returnd

Your seller is advising of you of her terms of business.

For me it would be very simple if I don't accept her terms of business then no order from me.

If your seller has a return policy for remorse returns you pay the shipping.

If the item is not as described she pays the shipping.

It is entirely on the honors system which kind of return case you open.

A seller cannot dictate or change terms of a listing via message or offer message. If their listing says 30 day returns they will have to honor that, even if they accept a lower offer.
