I purchased a Wii console bundle for $140 on on 10/15/25. The money was taken out of my account, I have that confirmation from the bank. I need to return it and Ebaycommerce doesn’t have a record of my purchase. I’ve been trying to return it for three days and getting pretty frustrated. They send me links that don’t help. I had a feeling I shouldn’t buy it but took a chance. The Wii works great but was in a car accident and shattered one wrist and broke the other. Along with other injuries. They keep sending me links that don’t help. Any suggestions? Maybe a human I could talk to ?

There is only a 30 day after delivery to open a return and records of what you bought can only be accessed for 90 days.
If less then 30 days;
You would need to open a return with the seller. This would fall under the header of a remorse return which may not be allowed by the seller, we cannot see that seller return policy.
Did you buy as a guest, not logged in? If so you would have received an email from eBay with the details sent to the email you used. You need to sign out of eBay and follow the links in that email.

Are you saying that the reason you want to return it is because you can't use it due to your current medical condition? That consists of a "remorse return" and you will be expected to pay the return shipping fee.
So you look in your My eBay> Purchase History and this transaction is not shown there? Is there any possibility that you purchased as a guest?
eBay gives buyers 30 days from the delivery date to open a case for return and you are either approaching that deadline, or have already passe the point where you could receive any help from eBay.
Please carefully read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

You might want to try reselling it on your own. Today is likely the last day to file an eBay return. Check your email for confirmation of the sale to get the order #.

It would be 30 days past the delivery date, so that should give them a few more days.
Ya I messed up on my post but think I fixed it. 🙂

The Wii works great but was in a car accident and shattered one wrist and broke the other.
Hoping you'll heal and offering that if you got a Wii for the money you wanted to pay that "works great"... keep it! 😃

Also, keep in mind the reason you stated for the return is a "remorse return" and the seller doesn't have to accept that return if they stated on their listing "no returns"...regardless of any MBG. And if by chance they will take it back, you may be paying for shipping both ways.

I don’t know who the seller is. I’m aware I only have thirty days, thus my frustration. I knew I shouldn’t have bought it. And to categorize a car accident as a remorse return would be cruel. I can’t use either hand. Talk about kicking someone when they’re down.

No one is categorizing a car accident as a remorse return. We are trying to explain that your reason for wanting to return does not involve something the seller did wrong. Sounds like you had severe injuries. Are you never ever going to be able to use your hands again? Are you having PT?
And your eBay Purchase History shows absolutely no record of this purchase?
