Hello everyone, I have my first customer mishap. The customer messaged saying they mistakenly purchased two of the same cup and saucers and could I cancel her order. I already shipped the item to the States. I let her know and that once she received the item I would give her a return postage and she can mail it back. Once I receive the package I would refund her. I sent it Stallion Express. How on earth do I get a label to her. Do I just do it via eBay and have it sent to my house? Thanks for your expertise.

Thanks for being so accommodating to your buyer @vickiinc!
You have two options, you can send them a prepaid label, or you can send them funds to purchase their own label. Also once it's delivered they may change their mind and want to keep it too. I would ask local shippers in your area if a prepaid label could be an option and go from there!

Thank you, How do I send them a prepaid label?

I would not ask Buyer to purchase their own label. They go overboard spending lots of money for something which could be done much cheaper
You buy a label the same way you purchased the current one. Contact your service provider and see if you could get one for return
Meanwhile, once you have the service provider on line, ask if you could retract this package, so you could save on two-way shipping costs. If package has passed Customs it's not possible anymore but if it's not, retract it

As @wastingtime101 mentioned you could purchase a laber through GoShippo. I've also read that Canadians can purchase a usps label through Pirateship. Once you buy the label you could send it to the buyer as a pdf.
Just so you know, you are not required to pay for return shipping for a buyer because they no longer want the item. It is up to you of course, but next time you might want to tell the buyer to open a return for the reasons 'changed mind' or 'ordered by mistake'. Then the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
It looks like you charged $12C for the shipping to the US. It is going to cost more than that for the buyer to send it back to you. If the package is below 4 lbs the buyer can send it back via usps first class international. When doing the customs information, mark that the item is a merchandise return so that you don't get charged tax or duty.

Thanks for all your help. As it turns out the buyer was confused and thought she had bought two items off of me and wanted to cancel one. Once we sorted it out she is happy with her one item and I am relieved lol
