What a laugh. I requested a return. Ebay has asked why no return yet. I cannot return if no return label or instructions is provided. Why haven't I returned Auxito Lights yet? Ebay and seller won't provide return label or instructions. It appears I'm about to take a loss. If I attempt to contact Ebay, I'm thrown into a loop of robotic instructions that lead nowhere. No thank you Ebay.

Please tell us what steps you followed when you requested your return.
Was it a remorse return? Was the item defective or not as described?

If the item you're referring to is the one from the Chinese seller over 30 days ago but within the last 6 months, that seller has 60-days "free" returns, meaning he pays return shipping.
But in order to return the item, you have to open a return request within 60 days of delivery. I don't know how long ago you received the item but if you're within 60 days, go to the order and click on "return this item." Seller pays for return shipping but may just issue a refund without a return.
But in order to get a refund, you must follow procedure.

Have you returned to the case and ask Ebay to step in.?
If its a seller from China, they can't provide a shipping label, they have to send you the money to cover the return shipping.

Regarding my attempted return dilemna. T2me2 received Auxito Light bulbs (2each) on October 12 2024.
Interim, I install lights on motorcycle only to notice they are not bright enough for night riding. I was pre-occupied with another pressing challenge in my life, sooo, I procrastinated dealing with the Auxito Light bulb return. December 1 2024, I find a little detail indicating these bulbs are only 26 watts each. My bike requires 45 watts minimum. December 3, I contact seller requesting return. The song and dance begins ( seller offers $5, then $7, then $9 as settlement ). The deadline is December 11. I had requested from both seller and Ebay a return request, but when I attempted to click on return from ebay email, nothing. Dead button. Perplexed,
I decided to share with other members of the community my challenge and frustration. I feel I was stalled so that the deadline could not be met.

Sorry to say, excuses/reasons do NOT count or matter. You have 30 days from the day of delivery for you to open a case. If buyer accepts returns in 60 days, then you had 60 days. If the sellers 'ploy' was to delay you- it worked. Learn that lesson. Do NOT pass that time in the future.
So, nothing can now be done.

Yes, procrastination is definitely the art of keeping up with yesterday.

As you've learned here, in order to use the Money Back Guarantee, an item not as described case has to be opened with eBay within 30 days of receipt of the item. They make no exceptions to the rule.
Have you contacted your payment source?

I agree. The return policy is 60 days. I requested a return at 51 days. Am I missing something else? Btw, I appreciate everyone's input. Have a nice Christmas!

No, Ebays MBG is only good for 30 days from the time you receive the item.
If the seller has a 60 day return, it's between you and the seller after 30 days.
