I returned an item 6 weeks earlier with the UPS  Sent a copy of the return label to eBay to the seller and they refuse to give me my return. I’m definitely not shopping on eBay. They’re not there for you!!!

Just sending a copy of a shipping label isn't enough.

I had to appeal it with the photocopy of the return ticket and the name of the person who signed the return and I was Denied no help from eBay!!

@antcre_35 What happened initially?

Did you start an official case for a return on eBay or did you mail the item back to the seller without an open return case? Who paid for the return shipping?

It would appear that you opened a claim, if you had the power to appeal it. 

Could you come back and tell us exactly what you're in the middle of? We can probably help with more information...

I sent the return item with there return label they sent me on time and the seller saying I didn’t return the item on time  so I had to appeal it and still got denied!!! Unbelievable!!!

Instead @antcre_35 if it wasn't as described and you send a copy of the return label to PayPal (if that's how you paid) by filing a dispute at this page, they will give you the refund.

Otherwise, file a "Credit Not Processed" chargeback with your card issuer, and send a copy of the return label to get your refund.

Yes, the return was made within 12 days.

I contacted USPS, but they require the return address in Kentucky, before I can submit a claim wit h USPS.  I didn't keep a copy of the return label.    The eBay company doesn't list a return site in Kentucky.  I've asked the company to send their return address, but have not heard back.  USPS website shows the return was picked up on Jan 2, and left Cincinnati in transit as of Jan 10.  Since then there has been not updates to shipping.
