Hi I’m hoping someone can help me with a question. I’ve heard that as sellers we are 100% required to accept a return if the buyer selects “Item not as described” I’m curious if they hit “Item not as described” do they even have to put a reason in the description? Also, does the reason even have to apply or be valid since as sellers, we are not able to deny an INAD request or does an INAD return just have to go through no matter the circumstances? Thank you!

Better to just wait for item and refund..
