Return phone

I sent a phone for return -refund case but up to now there is no update and in the system shows not delivered but when I track it, it shows that i was delivered. The details of the return items;

Samsung Galaxy S23 SM-S911U - 128GB 

Please help me resolve this

If the seller does not voluntarily refund @silom_uk because eBay does not show the return was delivered 

you can leave a PRIVATE message here for eBay on Facebook, to ask eBay to review the return tracking and issue your refund.

when i trucker the parcel it shows that it was delivered to ebay shipping on 18th August this year.  Today mark one month no update

I see you are in Zambia. Where were you returning the item too?
