I have a request for a refund on the Globle Shipping Program

If you can't deny the request, you've to arrange for a return label. GSP is a shipping program and all Sellers are obligated to satisfy eBay Money Back Guarantee program. 

If you have to return and can't send a label, advice Buyer to purchase one and you'll pay for it.
