Return of an item I ordered wrong

I  ordered the wrong mass air flow sensor for my 1999 Mazda 626 DX. The return wants a picture which I cannot provide. The ebay automated return app won't accept the return without it. Now how do I get through without the picture?

Just curious what return reason you used.  I though the photos were only required for eBay money back guarantee returns, but I have not seen anything in writing about it.

You are correct as I just tested.

'Ordered by mistake' has no picture requirement.

So OP you are trying to return for the wrong reason, as you admit you ordered the wrong thing.
