Started return, Ebay said they sent me a return label, but I did not receive it, had it resent, still did not receive it. I checked my messages on ebay, it said shipping label attached, but nothing was attached. What do I d?

When you open a return and if seller does not send a return label within 3 days and the "Ask eBay To Step In" option is not available, you will have to contact eBay. Contact eBay thru Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/
Using the instant messaging and explain that the seller has not provided a return label.

Sometimes, automated emails with attachments can end up in spam or junk folders. Make sure to check these folders in your email account.
Double-check that the email address associated with your eBay account is correct. If there's a typo or outdated email, you may not receive notifications.
Reach out to eBay customer support to report the issue. You can do this through the eBay Resolution Center or by contacting eBay directly. Explain that you haven't received the return label and request assistance.
While communicating with eBay customer support, ask if they can send you a new return label. They may be able to generate and email you a new one.
