wanting to return item but it doesn’t show up in purchase history to do so. How can I contact someone to help with this issue?

You probably purchased your item as a ‘guest’ … meaning when you weren’t logged in to an eBay account.
There is no need to contact eBay. You just need to find the confirmation email you received after purchasing the item. It contains all the instructions you need to return the item.

Also possible: you may have purchased using a different eBay account.
If you are certain you did not purchase as a guest or using a different eBay account, make sure you are looking at the correct date range in your Purchase History. Try this link:
