Return issue: Order not found on my profile - but received

Hello, I placed an order that I have received from a store on eBay. I must have checked out as a guest.

I need to return the product - still sealed. The seller has approved but says I need to go through eBay. eBay cannot find record of this order, and it does not show up in "my purchases".

I do have the order confirmation and original receipt from eBay regarding this order. But without being found in "my purchases" I can't seem to start a return.

How do you reach an actual human being for support at eBay?

Look on the confirmation email for the transaction number and use that to file.

Check your ORDER NUMBER at this page. The order number is on that receipt, @mel_unz.
