Return but can't get in contact with seller

I purchased wrong motor mounts and can not get info to return them. I have emailed seller. I purchased as a guest. I have my order number and proof of purchase but when I try to create a return on ebay it says order not found. What do I do as seller won't return my message????

Below is a link to the eBay Help Pages on Buying as a Guest.  This may help you to generate the return.  You may have to pay the return shipping and the Seller does not have to reply to messages ...
